Indulge in our chef specials this week at Kitty’s Bar. Our first delectable dish is the Ham, Leek, and Cheezu Croquettes inspired by Japanese flavors. Each bite is a harmony of flavors; paired with tonkotsu sauce and topped with delicate katsuobushi flakes for an extra touch of umami.
For a main course that will surely delight your taste buds, try our Pan-Seared Duck Breast. The duck is cooked to perfection and served on a bed of fresh rice vermicelli salad. Drizzled with orange nuoc cham sauce and topped with crunchy peanuts, this dish is finished with golden fried garlic for an extra burst of flavor.
